The way I see it is if you don’t like what you see in the mirror change it. We control our own destiny. It’s not jus about giving up and settling and “accepting” who you are you can change.💪
Dangerous message. Being confident is one thing, but being healthy and looking great is a better alternative.
Beauty is more than simply physical. However, it’s important to be healthy and not sedentary.
